RdSAP is so rubbish, the ministers in #DESNEZ must be cringing in their ivory tower. I’ve spent ££££ on making my house energy efficient - it uses < 25kWh /(m2.yr) - and the EPC goes DOWN from B83 to D63. How does the gov’t expect to incentivise ANYONE with this drivel?
