This! In war there are inevitably casualties and all those who serve deserve our respect. But these casualties are largely preventable. If you are struggling, please, reach out to someone. However bad things seem, someone will be there for you.
I’m genuinely in awe at what @MilitaryBanter is achieving for remembrance. The shocking thing as I read some of the posts is how many serving or ex serving have taken their own lives due to MH issues. We MUST do better for those serving and aftercare for those who have served.
