Our third cleanup was successful. We cleaned around the corner of 8th Road and went down Liebenberg Road. A runner from @midrandstriders was running up Liebenberg Road and cut his run short and joined us on the clean up. That was a moving gesture.

#FetchYourBody2024 #KyalamihalfMarathon2024 . Those hills today 😴😏. Also half the race was on gravel 🏃♂️👀🤔. Well organized by @midrandstriders . Plenty of waterpoints and the marshall's did a great job 🚀💯💥
