@ShaiCarmi great work. I'd suggest using APOGEE ( https://t.co/275vC1zycI) as an alternative method to CADD to annotate mitochondrial non-syn variants. It is tailored to mito variants and recommended by the ACMG/AMP standards ( https://t.co/Eot0zAlVPO). It is available through our MitImpact!
