This address created a coin called PengPengCoin $Y in Oct. 2016, and it received ETH from Vitalik 15 days later. Side note: Devcon2 was Sept. 19-21, 2016 in Shanghai. The wallet contains a lot of random transfer txns including an ENS auction for YuanPeng.eth Who deployed? 🤷♂️
