@DeltaHelp_Hq The folks at baggage claim have that info - it’s promised to be delivered this evening. Hopefully the bag makes it. Really frustrating as the gate agent in Augusta took the bag at the gate saying there wasn’t room in the overhead bin - spoiler alert- open bins over our head🤨

@_Deltahelp @Delta have been trying all day to get a file reference number for damaged luggage. This follows a 4 hour delay last night that had us arrive home at 4am. You are making this extremely difficult. Please do better and assist.
