Travelled alone today with my daughter on @JetBlue & was very disappointed with the check-in agent.When travelling with an infant,you’re allowed a car seat +stroller. To avoid juggling multiple items,I packed her car seat inside my checked bag since I wasn’t travelling with much.

@JetBlue you managed to lose my suitcase and not board it to Antigua but then found it at JFK only to lose it again.. worst customer service, no one to speak to and know one knows what they are doing!
