@SpiritAirlines worse airlines when it comes to logistics and infrastructure. Left Dec 23 beautiful weather 2 delays. 4 hrs delay. Cancelled flight on Xmas Day due to pending snow but barely participation. Left 2 days later becuz no flights on a week day! delay & WORSE SEAT 40F.

@SpiritAirlines why is flight NK304 still on the ground? We were supposed to leave 12:05p. It’s 40 mins later! There are no other planes to be taking off now! 3 delays and a cancellation in 3 days travel. Spirit now YOURE cancelled! What’s up @FlyFrontier ? You’re good?

@SpiritAirlines We are a military family living on West Point and don’t make a lot, but we were able to buy my sister two one-way tickets to visit because we haven’t seen family in a long time. We have a refund for our canceled flight, but you refuse to refund the one way back.

@SpiritAirlines last night I flew ur airline & it was the worst travel experience we've had. My 82yo mom & I require ADA assisted travel and the transport/escort service u contracted w/ are horrible. We sat on the plane 4 over an hour waiting 4 assistance. #airport #ADA #spirit

@SpiritAirlines I paid ~$60 for a return flight. My inbound flight with another airline was cancelled, making it impossible to reach Miami. I’m being told the cancellation fee is $99 so I lose the entire ticket. I’m not asking for cash — just a courtesy credit. Can someone help?

@SpiritAirlines I sent you a DM twice. It keeps failing to send, as I’ve seen some other people have been saying through different comments. And then my account was locked and I had to get it opened back up through my email. I’m not sure how else to DM you as your DMS seem not to work

@SpiritAirlines when you cancel someone flight the day before, you need to be responsible for the increased price they have to pay to book on another airline. Yall are so unprofessional
