Crazy because I’m 8 days postpartum with first child and I took classes and studied a lot prior to birth and no one explained to me the concept of edema. My legs and feet are so swollen & this is normal after csections and inductions. But baby, they are like 2x normal size 😩😫
It’s really important to see women navigate pregnancy publicly because I am a grown woman & have never seen nor heard of this belt before. Women conceal far too much in the name of bs social constructs.

@keatingssixth When I reported my cyst rupture to my OB she said she had a doctor colleague who once *grounded a plane* because of cyst rupture pain. THAT is how painful a cyst rupture is (and I’ve had 3 csections). My rupture left a CRATER on my ovary. Sometimes when I hex men I remember this
