I make it government spending increase in general practice about £4.39 per person in England - test and trace works out about £325 per person per year - access and the pandemic might be very different if we reversed the spending.

ONS are destroying the reputation of statisticians with their latest work. Their sample is hugely biased (84% always wear masks). It's fair to make adjustments for a biased sample - but they use 3 different adjustment models for 3 diff sets of results.
