CDs require you lock in your investment to receive the stated interest rate. T-Bills are more liquid. It really comes down to preference. I can't recommend for you bc I don't know your

Our educational web series "You're doing it Alt Wrong" is a resource that could be helpful bc it discusses broad misconceptions which are similar in both countries.
