@JoshMurrah Pretty sure 500 is about the limit of 45mm3/s at a .45mm line width. I was limited to 400-450 w/ .25mm x .5mm layers on my speed Benchy runs. I had to dial up to 60mm3/s to go faster (& accept under extrusion).
