@BillAckman There was a picture of Richard in a magazine once, w/ 2 young employees. Standing in front of a whiteboard. Over the 2 young guys it said (respectively) “Came up with the idea” and “Figured it out.” Over Richard it said “Got the coffee.” He gave autonomy - & credit - to his guys.
