Brilliant day @BeacHouseOxwich with the talented Hywel Griffith improving my fish prep. and cookery skills with a delightful group of fellow learners. Plaice, mackerel, gilthead bream and a load of versatile sauces. Great fun but delicious eating too. Highly recommended.
