Why is everybody mad at this? People will always want on the go nutrition. Most protein bars (like Epstein’s favorite, David bar) are indigestible goyslop. This bar meets a need and surpasses current market alternatives. I’m missing the gimmick here

My friend eats 5–6 protein bars a day, 2–3 scoops of powder, and ground beef for dinner. Gained 25 lbs in 4 months… barely any muscle. Are protein bars/powder just the biggest fitness scam?

I was ready to give up on my life. I’m still here. and now it’s my turn to run for someone else. I’m running alongside Ed Martin during a short portion of his 24-hour treadmill challenge on Friday Morning. 6 weeks later, ill be running the marathon portion of the Stony 100.
