Saying this as a lover and supporter of new technology: Any new type of "smart" device, whether it's glasses or pendants, fitted with cameras or microphones, will make you look like a dork and will be met with scorn by the majority of people. Being able to wear it in SF does not
In a year since I first met Arnav Kapur, his device, AlterEgo, went from a janky prototype to simulating telepathy. Arnav has been an inspiration to me since I'd first heard of him in 7yrs ago and I want to share his story.: I first heard of Arnav from his viral ~1M hits MIT

I recently set up a small home lab to get back into tinkering with electronics and 3D printing. For my first project, I decided to build something I’d been wanting...
Working on a 3D design for the coaster. The light blue rectangle is where the posts for the Raspberry Pi will be placed. The 🟢🟠🔴 LEDs indicate when a calendar meeting is about to start!
