Dr. Huybrechts further concluded that research on medication use in #pregnancy "is not simply a yes/no question. It is about establishing the level of risk and discussing whether it is acceptable given the benefits, (other) risks, and costs."
The last presenter of 16th #KolokotronesSymposium, Dr. Krista Huybrechts, co-director of @h4p_research, demonstrated how to conduct a study in large healthcare databases using the evaluation of buprenorphine vs. methadone in #pregnancy recently published in @NEJM as a case study.
