seems like GPT-5 is kinda a flop re expectations. like it's clearly not AGI (remember when GPT-5 was gonna be AGI), it's just another in a long line of iterative improvements on a technology that is being refined with no major breakthroughs.

first time i had taco bell i didn't know what to do. someone told me to get 3 soft tacos so i did. they sucked. it wasn't until i was vegan that i started eating it more, as taco bell is the designated vegan fast food chain.

now that i'm using claude code so much i decided to cancel github copilot because i use it so little. and to my surprise, it makes me like the times i write code directly more!. i get to actually do the thing i love when i have to do manual edits. it's great!.
