1/ @helenstaniland is under the perpetual delusion that people should be specifically asking HER permission who can/can't use public spaces. She apparently fails to understand it's decided by principles, NOT democratic vote - and NO human being is deemed innately "harmful".

Is "biological sex" something of paramount importance that one should NOT disassociate from, OR is it acceptable to disassociate from "biological sex" if ones innate psychology conflicts with it? It's one or the other - it can't be both.🤷♀️

@MForstater Sorry, but the EA2010 is very clear, "sex" does NOT mean "biological sex" and fully includes trans people as members of the "sex" that matches their gender. Besides "biological sex" is an idiotic colloquialism that has no definitive legal or scientific meaning.

It is literally the intent. JK is not ignorant to the fact her tweet mobilize huge numbers of GCs, she hopes to silence trans pride by creating a climate of fear where no trans person wants to risk the terrible, traumatizing backlash public attention may bring.
