度过了极其内耗和怀疑自己的两年。反思自己之后，总结起来8个字“苦口婆心、心慈手软”，花了大量的时间精力在劝不努力的学生要努力，一点用都没有。各种事情心慈手软，得到的不是感恩，而是让我见识到人怎么能这么坏。对自己的反思就是我这样子做为一个课题组的leader，是个灾难。是时候做出一些改变了.
