Yes, it's definitely our goal! We want to raise the bar for math PD. We will not offer a haphazard assortment of make-it-up-as you-go strategies & sessions. Our school test scores are showing clearly there is a very effective way to teach and learn math. Thanks for your support!.

Teachers make a difference. Mark was my college roommate, sophomore year. He would never stop talking about how great a place Maine is. After graduation, he went straight home and spent the next 41 years teaching high school in his hometown. Amazing story!.

DEMO today at 2:00 pm ET, 1:00 pm CT, 11:00 am PT. Recent data from a school in Minnesota may shock you. Now we're helping them expand from using Tang Math in K-2 to 5th grade next year. It can be a slow process, even when everything is working. Join us!
We are working around the clock to make Tang Math better. First 5 yrs? Focus was math content, pedagogy, teaching tools. Now it's usability. Can we make our program easy to use? Can we offer AI-driven intervention? Can kids learn & practice at home? Yes!.

I teach free student lessons each week to help Tang Math subscribers & non-subscribers alike. Today, I worked with 1st-grade classes from Connecticut. We kicked off their fraction unit by comparing lengths, talking about equal, and drawing halves & fourths. They did terrific!!

Love this! Tangy Tuesday & Wordy Wednesday Puzzles are a terrific way to build key skills within/across grade levels. I don't believe in pushing one-off problems & strategies on the internet. Our games & materials are ALL part of our strategic/systematic K-5 Tang Math curriculum!.

All 2.4 million kids who joined my Zoom lessons the past 3 years used mini WBs to communicate their OWN thinking!.So many advantages over "non-permanent vertical surfaces" and typical math talks. Hope our profession will reconsider social-media fueled beliefs not backed by data!.
Are your assessment strategies used FOR or OF learning? The answer is very much dependent on the strategies you use. Mini-whiteboards are arguably the best way to assess for, not of learning. Read more here:
