I can't be the only one who thinks if the baseball players wanted to they could put together a platoon and dominate the troops
If you take 7 random baseball players vs 7 random players from all other sports football, soccer, basketball, nascar… whatever… and play random athletic events and give points for what place you come in the baseball players will win the over all competition almost every time.

Today it's 'standing tall' vs 'extension', one is extremely stressful the other is not. Someone has made these guys believe max effort 'whip' is the best way to max velocity, it is NOT. Extension and FINISH generate max backspin and velocity AND you can command the fastball. The

Buck saying he’d request a trade if they keep tearing down really pushes the Twins to both ends 1) it’s a threat that would stop them from testing his loyalty or 2) it’s a dam break; one of the reasons they can’t completely tear down is Buxton staying put but if he wants out…

Stop what you’re doing folks. If we take Byron Buxton’s 2023, when he was too injured to play in the field and only played 85 games, slashing .207/.294/.438, and we assumed he played 22 years like that, we’d have 374 homers, 1386 hits, 924 RBI Only 81 players ever did that
