π΅π | Building AI agents @decagonai | ex @stripe @carnegiemellon
San Francisco, CA
Joined June 2019
A fun little side project I built recently with GPT-4V on top of @tldraw and @LangChainAI π¨ Web Spinner converts low-fidelity mockups into PRs with modular React components and @nextjs App Router pages. It also themes the generated code with your other page designs for cohesion

Stripe @IncrementMag is so underrated. It's a shame there aren't any newer issues

Best customer experience in a long time! my @ouraring's battery is getting weak... went to the website, talked to the bot, the bot verified my credentials, checked the hardware logs, confirmed the issue, checked for availability of a replacement model (of course it knew my model

Itβs an amazing time to be at Decagon. Weβre honored to be working with incredible customers who choose our platform for our AI-native product. Instead of the traditional SaaS approach, which is heavy on configuration and technical resources, the biggest brands in the world are

April fools day came late this year
This marvel is built in TypeGPU, a TypeScript WebGPU library [1/2] Among other coolness, it features a "πππ πππ" directive that compiles JS to WSGL, to run on the GPU: πππππ πππ = (π, π) => { "πππ πππ"; ππππππ π + π; } https://t.co/0i3TlWoeTd

Pretty cool how music is so strongly associated with distinct phases of my life. I just played my 2022 summer playlist and got visceral memories of Bash concurrency and Android Studio

RE: Stacked Diffs on @GitHub After discussion w @ttaylorr_b, we can implement stacked PRs/PR groups already (in fact we kind of do with Copilot) but restacking (automatically fanning out changes from the bottom of the the stack upwards) would be wildly inefficient. To do it

I've found cgpt deep research to be pretty useful when looking for shoes and other comparative shopping use cases. Is anyone building a better tailored version of this for general shopping use cases?

I donβt care if you do JavaScript or not, or if you use Bun or not, I think this article by @lydiahallie is absolutely a must-read for every developer. Itβll change the way you think about building performant systems. Itβs on my top 10 dev articles. https://t.co/rVyWrsjODz
bun.com
Learn how Bun is able to cut install times by up to 25Γ. Bun skips Node.js's overhead with direct system calls, cache-friendly data layouts, OS-level copy-on-write, and full-core parallelism.

Writing good code is an art. Something about making the right abstractions and architectural decisions is just so satisfying

stay true to the medium the βliquid glassβ approach to design is peak βdesign systemβ gone wrong β when you optimize for visual consistency over interaction fidelity, you lose the soul in each medium. each input method has its own physics and affordances. touch needs bigger
