My paper with Cara Haughey and Brad Crowe is now published in @JHealthEcon! We find that HB2 in Texas caused an increase in IUD insertions in the most affected counties, no evidence of an effect for vasectomies. ( https://t.co/xSmQw9yj0M)

Bonus - Fort Worth is an excellent place to live! You get to be in a laid-back part of a thriving metro. By raw population increase, DFW was the fastest growing metro in 2023 Great restaurants, museums, sports, etc. abound! π

TCU is a wonderful place to work! We have 15 full-time faculty in the department, and offer three degrees (BS/BA econ, and BS international econ). We have around 400 majors - it is one of the most popular majors on campus! Iβve found the department very supportive of new faculty.
