FOR NCOs This applies to you as well. Take a knee assignments…take them. But you better be putting in work in others to remain “competitive”. Mil / Civ education, OTQ/OTY boards, SAMC etc. you can be competitive without sprinting till you die but you still have to put in work
I tell my people that there are two types of assignments: jogging and sprinting. You never get to walk. Too many jogging assignment and you’ll get lapped. Too many sprinting assignments and you’ll burn out. If you want to be successful you have to sprint.

Things I have to say again. Maneuver folks who fail to integrate ALL of the sust WFF are doomed & probably doing some illegal things along the way. You cannot just broad stroke “Logisticians” into your plan and think you’re good. Dont bring a 92 to a 88 fight or vice versa.
