My favorite part of baseball on ESPN is the in-game player interviews. I love watching a guy stumble through inane questions while all of his attention is on every individual pitch that gets thrown.

I have considered this further, and basically it’s only useful when you are trying to appeal to some nominally neutral authority who can’t take an obviously one-sided turnout as legitimate and will invalidate it if they don’t get one (referenda mostly). Otherwise, don’t do it!.
