Good projects know that they need governance because it ties so strongly to their token value accrual. It's all in your mechanism design. Governance is no longer community and marketing. It's incentive design.

I see the pessimism. Well, some of you got this right, but most did not. - As of 2024, 27 validators (27% of the network) control 80% of all rewards in @celestia. - The top validator ("Go") captures an extraordinary 27.25% of all normalised rewards. - Bottom 50% holds only.
