Any scientists who are on here to have an honest conversation about research, share papers, discuss science culture, etc. I think it's time to stop, and go to the other site. If you think you're here to make some kind of stand, I respectfully find that rather naive. #LogOff

Just noticed: Rereading the papers I read a few years ago is actually fun because I can see how I highlighted random info thinking it was a MAJOR piece of information. It’s a very similar feeling to reading your teenage diary. Golllyyy !!

Our paper watching single NuRDs moving around in a cell is finally out, pipelines we hope the field can use to track their own favourite protein. @SCICambridge @PDN_Cambridge ( https://t.co/VCtjEM1hO8)

Dynamic nature of the nuclear envelope (NE) wrinkling is beautifully shown in this time-lapse video recorded by Jackson et al. They mathematically explain how similar the NE and..plain paper, much like they are both prone to bend than to strech. Read it at https://t.co/CjwlzupzBa

I attended #ISSCR2023 in beautiful Boston with my postdoc advisor @srinjan_basu. I presented a poster from my PhD work and the session was full of challenging and interesting questions. Will go back to Cambridge with new ideas and inspirations.

Hey, I have a new cool job. I moved to Cambridge a while ago for my postdoc to work with @srinjan_basu and @KevinChalut. I’m investigating the contribution of the nuclear envelope to mechanical signaling during ESC differentiation.

The protein concentration in our cells is ~ 200 mg / ml. That's a few billion protein molecules per human cell, similar to the number of people in the human societies inhabiting our planet. We know so little about the interactions in the protein societies making up our bodies.
