During the follow through there will be pressure on your front leg. This is when you want the inner ankle bone to be high and the leg to move into the shape and pattern we call “the bow” As you can see in the video, Brock has an inner ankle bone that is low as the follow

Look at the difference on inside of ankle. Purdy is crooked foot and his inner ankle drops low. Brady is inner ankle bone high. Inner ankle low is shown to be fragile. Inner ankle high is shown to be durable.
@goata_movement The camera angles are slightly different. But it looks to me like Purdy's left leg has the bow out too.

Travis Hunter is one of the most WOATA players in the NFL. His movement pattern indicated he was a ticking time bomb. WOATA keeps causing injuries. Lamar, Malik Nabers, Travis... all WOATA. Nature's movement, which is what we teach, is the only way out.
