The government said the stimulus payments to 80 million people were instead sent to accounts that didn't belong to them. This wouldn't have happened if the payments were sent by SnapCheck. 80 million people would have the help they need right now!
"Once I pressed submit (on the IRS portal), the account number that they listed didn't match any of mine. I called my bank and there was nothing they could do. There was no connection to my account," Thomas Krapin, 25, of New York City said.
