GOP Rep. Guthrie just proposed a bill that would raise his constituents’ energy bills by $309 and gut the program that’s given $1.7 billion in clean energy investments to his district. Why? The oil and gas donors who gave $500,000 to his campaign asked for it. Shame on him.
