Update: I have now met the artist behind he is amazing; he and his wife ended up going down to Puerto Rico and staying at Casa Chironja; crossover blog post/psychedelic light show in the works
@levin_phil update: they appear to be based in Traverse City, which is 45 min from the house my great grandparents built in 1908 where I spend time every summer. I am totally meeting Super Nuclear this summer. What collaborations are possible??.

After years in national politics, @CV0 and I started @abundance_ny because the root of the problem is here. Left, right, and center, NY's political class entrenches scarcity—driving up costs and decaying quality of life. We need a new movement, for more.

As a staunch believer that NY is superior to SF, I was ashamed to learn NY has built less housing per capita over the last ten years than famously NIMBY San Francisco. Cheers to electeds like @ShaunAmbreu fighting the good fight to get more housing built.
As someone who was evicted as a child and became a tenant lawyer, I know housing is about more than having a roof over your head. It’s about stability and safety. It’s having access to transit, parks, and the chance to thrive. But to get all of that, we need to build that roof.

Furnishing on the cheap: Goodwill has locations that sell linens by the pound (e.g. . I got high quality pillows (for beds and decorative), sheets, towels, and duvets for 4 rooms for ~$60. Do a sanitizing wash with bleach and voilà you've saved hundreds.
