理想はAIエンジニアとドメインの専門家がチームを組んで助け合いながら共に成長していく形🚀。前者は最新技術を学び、実践的なシステムを作る。一方で、後者はAI時代に合わせ、継続的なBPR改善を目指し、前者にフィードバックを与える。両方ともにフールタイムの仕事で、一人でやるには限界がある🤝。
