Serene Air is a baighairat airline which started off well but then greed, unprofessionalism and mismanagement took over. Today, the airline staff lie through their teeth, shows no remorse nor is capable of running an airline. They should sell bakery items instead. @SereneAirPak

Serene air - from hero to zero. Greed getting bigger day by day by putting aircraft’s on money making routes, taking passengers for granted.. no remorse. Flight delayed 1245 pm to 1645 Lahore to Karachi. This has become a ritual. Pathetic! @SereneAirPak

Old worn out Qatar planes only fit to carry cargo not passengers on Karachi Doha route. AC did not work for 20 mins on the ground. Horrible food. 20 min bus rides in transit. Old movie selection. If Doha airport cannot fit planes, why add more flights. Fake awards. @qatarairways
