Quite right for #Newsnight to say that Social Care has a planned fix in the future, but an urgent capacity problem right now needing national coordination of 100,000 jobs, and a national plan for increasing home care @1adass bottom line, no care fix, no health fix. @NorfolkASSD

We certainly do! To be clear social care is NOT the main cause of hospital discharge delays. This lazy reporting lacked data on causes. It is NHS services to provide a period of recovery at home which is lacking. There ARE social care shortages in the community. @1adass
