Looks like I'll be getting rid of all of my @madebygoogle and @googlenesthelp equipment, as Google Support is about the worst I've dealt with. Being charged double on my Google AI account and being told that nothing can be done, despite it being illegal.

So @UKVolkswagen are leaving me with an unsafe car, no courtesy car or mobility, no way to get my car fixed and no support other than telling me to complain to the Ombudsman. Honestly cannot believe how badly I've been treated in this case.

So @UKVolkswagen I had my car back today - it went less than 2 miles before it ground to a halt again throwing up numerous error messages as it went.

If you want a reliable car then do NOT purchase a @UKVolkswagen ID.4 - fully broken down for the 4th time and VW don't seem to actually care apart from me taking it to the dealership again to then have it happen - again.

My @madebygoogle Nest Hello is peeling - again. Also live view isn't working even though notifications are. What on earth is going on with Google products?
