What I've been trying to explain for months, in one pithy tweet š¤ @laurahaggarty5 @Sacha_Will @lah0901 @StephBeringer1.
Many people in the improvement world are passionate advocates of one approach/model, eg Lean, Agile, 6 Sigma, Prince 2. They have deep knowledge & expertise but can get so locked into their one perspective that they can't see anything beyond it. Solutions to most complex problems

An interesting article focused on blending design thinking and systems thinking. Wondering who out there has experience of doing this in practice? Would love to hear from you @DanHarley3 @TheQI_Guy @hlshearer @theQCommunity @SQSFellowship.
How about mixing both Design Thinking and Systems Thinking? In this article, @Daniel Ospina and @Amy Ahearn helps to summarize these ideas in a very interesting way. Follow the Si Network here for more insights on this topic:Ā

This! Always found that groups respond more once they know their ideas have been noted, heard and captured.
When groups meet to brainstorm, good ideas are lost. People bite their tongues due to conformity pressure, noise, and ego threat. A better approach is brainwriting: generate ideas separately, then meet to assess and refine. Group wisdom begins with individual creativity.
