We are deeply concerned with the findings of today's @MentalWelfare report. The promise is clear that Scotland must strive to become a nation that does not restrain its children
Response to report by @MentalWelfare into Melville Unit, raising serious concerns about the use of restraint. This month we warned @scotgov we would take legal action if it did not strengthen its commitments in this area. We are pleased it will now do so.
