There are few things more important right now than protecting our democracy.

If we saw the head of the ruling regime, and his party, react to the election results this way in any other country, we'd know exactly what we are looking at. And I'd say here, too, it's time to be honest and say we know exactly what we are looking at.

In addition to the pandemic, climate change, racial injustice, and nursing back the economy, we need to prioritize #ElectoralReform. If we don't fix the way we as a society decide who's in charge, we'll run the risk of losing in 22 & 24 any ground we'll have gained by then.

Great op-Ed by @hill_charlotte and @leedrutman. Every other year we end up dealing with an unfair and antiquated electoral system, something along those lines would be a great step towards fixing that.

Media coverage of the count made me uncomfortable. Statements like "Biden inching past Trump" or "is *now* ahead" are wrong/dangerous: the result was already set (votes were cast), it was just unknown. Maybe should only report final tallies in future? 3/4
