I understand the philosophy behind aimpoint, and I’m sure it (mentally) helps for some people, but grass is an imperfect surface so trying to apply deterministic math to it, especially when you bring a persons putting stroke into the equation, is just nonsense to me. Speed
@freddydoubles I think the idea is to try to learn exactly what a particular slope feels like in the feet so you can better read it in the field. From my experience, I'm guessing that putting stats haven't changed that much because greens construction, cutting, and agronomy in general have

You know what will help you read putts better? Hitting more putts. You know what won’t help you read putts better? A fucking level or a protractor. Aimpoint doesn’t do shit for your speed control. Putting is 90% speed control. Do that math.
Aimpoint in action. Not sure why this makes people so angry.
