Why are lifers and IPPs in Cat C or B jails being diverted back or to the category A estate to do “courses” when they should be moving down the category system. PIPE placements are in a bottleneck, and don’t address “risk”. @hmpps @MoJGovUK

Who’d of thought we’d be here now? Our loved ones living on the abolished IPP sentence recalled BACK to prison, not for committing crimes, but for simply REACTING to the barbaric sentenced and how it’s damaged them! Therapy, not punishment is needed! Do we not owe them it?
