Hi @tmbc_kent, @trudydeankcc Another black and food bin collection and again the road has not had a collection. Spoke to TMBC waste department who state the collection happened at 06:48. I have sent CCTV showing the cart drove straight passed the whole road without stopping.

@TMBC_Kent @trudydeankcc @TomTugendhat was told today by TMBC if the contractor did not collect day I would have to wait another week. That will be 4 weeks of rubbish in this heat and vermin attacking. Should I drop it off at the council offices?

@TomTugendhat Hi Tom can you look in to this. Why do TBMC have longer working hours than most of the UK for construction? We are constantly having to clean the exterior due to the dust and now they are working 7 days a week.

@loveholidays. For subject put in another single letter and press submit. I have done this for 3 days in a row and spoken to an agent straight away. This is time sensitive and only works dead at 09:00.

@loveholidays. Go to the contact page at 08:55. At exactly 09:00 press the refresh button/F5 button on keyboard. The chat button will appear. For name put in a letter, for reference number press CTRL + V to paste the reference.

@loveholidays Once you reply they will ignore all further interactions. The online chat is in the laps of the gods to get an agent. The only way to guarantee you speak to an agent is to do the following. Highlight your reference number and press Ctrl +c to copy text.

I just wanted to pass on my obversations in dealing with @loveholidays. Tagging @loveholidays within a message mostly goes ignored unless you are not the lead party so they reply stating they cannot talk to you, or they will say they have DM'ed you.

You took final payment (£4,000) this morning knowing the holiday was cancelled. @MartinSLewis @SimonCalder can you help please @loveholidays. The only option I am being offered is a credit note to rebook which is at a greater price then beinig offered on your website

@loveholidays I have froze my card to prevent payment as contract is broken as at this current time there is no holiday. Call me now to resolve.

@loveholidays I am absolutley fuming. Got through on chat to change the dates on my holiday due to Easyjet cancelling flights. Told to update messages within manage my booking and then cut off and removed from chat. My final payment is due to tomorrow.

@loveholidays I have received a mail today that you will be automatically taking the outstanding balance on Tuesday for a holiday that has the flights cancelled. I have sent you a mail back stating I will be treating this as theft/fraud and will be reporting to the authorities.

@SimonCalder and @lisaminot Do you think this is the right the way @loveholidays are treating their customers? Please look at their twitter page. No ability to call, I have tried online chat all day and it is not available, I have DM'ed them and still no response.
