Raisin UK banking broken. Can't read secure messages in either the app or the website. Unable to launch a support query in the app (option not on website). Worrying for an organisation that looks after your money.

@NoToDigitalID No. Digital ID is a massive infringement on civil liberties by the State, and I would no longer trust them to honestly run a referendum.

I remember when it used to be that if you had a broadband fault, it would be up to 48 hours before BT looked at it, let alone fixed it.
