Busy day over at GCHQ . They’ve caught themselves on the barbed wire of wanting higher house prices whilst also trying to take the moral high ground that clients shouldn’t be allowed to borrow the money needed in order for those house prices to keep rising. More as it comes in.

True story. Still blows my mind that some of the brokers on TikTok and insta get huge views for their “mortgage hacks” BS despite there being no mortgage hacks whatsoever and people still fall for it and their compliance allow it when it’s nonsense. 🤷🏻♂️. I guess it does prove.
