With a lot of clubs returning to championship action over the coming weeks, here's a thread with a bit of guidance on what to eat and when to eat it to support performance
Here's a little guide for anyone looking to set up a nursery in their local GAA club. Includes 10 suggested sessions with descriptions of all games and skills

As traditional hurling and football sessions have wound down for our U6s, U7s & U8s, it’s worth looking at a few indoor options (where allowed) over the winter to keep them active, meeting friends and help to develop a few fundamental movement skills

Championship games can be very difficult on the body, especially for players who cover large distances at high intensities. Loading up on carbohydrate in the 24-36 hours before a game is advised. Find suggested meals for the day previous to a 7pm Saturday game below
