The recent destruction of trees is criminal, not a single tree stands there. Everything is bulldozed. CDA has to stop this despicable practice of destroying indigenous trees and replacing them with pine and palm trees.

This section is now full of weeds because CDA didn't take care of it but due to our 'pro bono' efforts the old banyan, Sumbal , keekar, sheesham are protected in this corner. Instead of replicating the example of the corner that we developed with the CDA

Absolutely no bulldozers for excavators were allowed. Since this place is very quiet and full of nature it didn't attract visitors like the illegal Mcdonalds does. This is the best practice of how the park should have been developed.

In 2022, with the help of a few environmentalist friends like Kishwar Naheed and Tahira Abdullah I was able to convince CDA to develop a deserted area of F 9 park, by first of all identifying then protecting the ancient and indigenous trees. Eliminating ONLY the paper mulberry

#BanyanTree This Banyan tree was planted by me 9 years back from a cutting and now it has grown into a beautiful and solid looking tree. I am saddened when I see truckloads of cut tree on the highway from Hyderabad to Hala. How the forest areas are being decimated is worrying 1/2

IWMB is fed up of the constant plastic trash on trails (which our volunteers have to clean up on a regular basis). So no more plastic bottles allowed on trails. Sorry you can’t dump your empty bottles anymore! Bring reusable water bottles for your hikes. @WildlifeBoard
