When I worked for Eskom , emails were promptly answered by 7:30 and phone from 8:00. It is 9:00 and Faniswa Sonjica is not answering her phone and email. Anyone at Eskom please phone her! To tell her to do her job!
@eskom can you please phone The office of Faniswa Sonjica and find out if she is working. Her email remained unanswered and it is 8:20 and her number is off. Please phone her office to remind her that she needs to do her job , customer relations at Eskom is terrible.

@Eskom_SA is there a way to speak to a human being for customer service issue? Alfred is very limited in his understanding of consumer issues. My meter has been saying "searching pan" the whole day today. Alfred doesn't have this option when you want to log a ticket.

@Eskom_SA 2/2 its really disappointing the service or lack of, that gets dished out to the clients. Please look into that as it cannot be business as usual that wednesdays your customer service is not working,this also goes to tour contact center which is useless,to put it nicely

All I get is the robot and it says a technician was dispatched. I tried for an hour but no human is speaking on the call centre. I tried to phone Bellville 0219159111 and Delft 0219803911 which apparently was dispatched yesterday to fix the box yesterday but no One pick up phone
