لمن سال عني وهل ابتعدت عن منصة #اكس ، فالاجابة كالآتي: اغرد قليلا عند وجود أي إضافة للمريض المصاب ب #الفشل_الكلوي او امراض الكلى و كذلك مشاركة الزملاء بعض الدراسات التي تنشر ، غير ذلك فاقتصر بالرد على مرضاي على الخاص . شكرا للسوال .

تغريدة سابقة ، و توقعي بان ستكون هناك ثورة علاجية ل #ضغط_الدم.
#فضفضة_طبيب هل سنجد ثورة قادمة لادوية جديدة لعلاج #ضغط_الدم كما حدث مؤخرا مع أدوية علاج داء #السكري ؟ ام ان شركات الادوية تعتبر الأبحاث على أدوية تباع بسعر بسيط لمرض منتشر غير مجدية.

في هونج كونج ما يقارب ١١ الف مصاب ب#الفشل_الكلوي، و لكن عكس بقية الدول ، عدد المرضى الذين يتعالجون ب #الغسيل_البريتوني بالمنزل ٧٥ % بينما #الغسيل_الدموي ٢٥ % ، فاي شخص يصاب بالفشل الكلوي ،اذا لم يتمكن من #زراعة_الكلى، فقط يتعالج #الغسيل_البريتوني الا عنده مانع طبي.
