If trend is bullish, you want to place bids below the daily open. If bearish, set asks above the daily open. Unless scalping, you don’t want to be placing bids above the daily open to try to catch a long entry. Patience, let the range develop $btc.

You have 4 losing trades and the 5th is a winner, yet instead of focusing on the chart, you chase PnL in an attempt to break even to make up for the lost trades.
Typically how you end up getting more rekt.

I had a long at 9530, added on a dip for full size. We dumped and my SL closed the original position @ 9530. I exited the rest quite a bit lower because I forgot to update my SL. Took a 6% hit on my main swing.

Scalp Longs - Execute at absorption and exit at local highs - high strike rate and v profitable.
Scalp Shorts - Good for quick nukes - can be trickier and strike rate not as high.
Overall this volatility has been A1.
