Film festivals are so much hard work behind the scenes, but god does it become worthwhile when you hear an audience reacting well to a film you took a risk on, and when you get to meet the filmmakers you've been in email threads with for months and have a nice chat with them.

Working on a film festival can be so stressful at times, but that all completely pays off during the event itself where you get to meet the filmmakers you've been in email threads with for months and get to see people enjoying and talking about the films afterwards. It's lovely.

Just had the most heartbreaking 30 seconds of my life as I walked past the Norwich HMV and saw the shutters were down and the shelves were gone, and thought it was shut down, only to then notice it's just moved like 3 stores down & is now bigger. Truly an emotional rollercoaster.

In true 2020 fashion, our Christmas has started with our 7 year old cat Nelson sadly passing away this afternoon. To say I'm gutted would be an understatement. Gonna miss my majestic and incredibly photogenic little buddy. 💔
